1. Make your donation through uvualumni.org. Take the donation
certificate you'll receive from the Alumni office to the Tax Commission
DMV. Turn in the certificate with the one-time state administrative fee
of $15.00 and pick-up your plates.
2. OR Go to the Tax Commission
DMV and make your donation for your plates directly to the DMV. (The
donation will be sent to the alumni office).
Show your Wolverine pride, support scholarships, and purchase a UVU license plate today. Make your $25.00 scholarship donation to show UVU pride. Once we receive your donation, you'll be sent a donation form from the Alumni Office to take to the Utah Tax Commission to request your plate.
