Dear
Nominator,
Thank you for taking the time to nominate someone who
deserves to be
recognized for an Alumni Award.
On the "Nominee Information" tab of the form there is a pull-down that lists all the awards available. The descriptions of the categories are on the Alumni Award page. It is helpful for you to understand what the criteria are and how they apply to your nominee.
Under "Supporting Materials" you will be asked to attach a
cover letter and, if you choose, a supporting document telling us why you think your nominee would be a
good candidate for the chosen award. You may attach files such as MS
Word, Adobe PDF or pictures to help the committee make their decision.
We
appreciate the opportunity to acknowledge deserving alumni, students
and community members.
