Dutch Oven Cookoff





This is an IDOS sanctioned Cook-off with Awesome prizes! Limited to 6 Advanced teams and 4 Novice teams.

Advanced - 3 pot cook-off (main, bread, dessert)
Novice - 2 pot cook-off (main and dessert)

Bread category will be traditional yeast or sourdough breads - no stuffed or sweet breads.

Prizes:
$$$ for Advanced, 1st - $200.00, 2nd - $150.00 and 3rd - $100.00. AND 1st place Advanced team will qualify for the 2012 IDOS Worlds Championship Cook-off.

Novice teams cash in on great prizes from Camp Chef and other cool stuff.

This cook-off will have a 4 hour-only time limit, including judging. We can't be there all day, but we want to have an awesome cook-off so dishes will be staggered:

Cook's Meeting: 7:00am
Start Cooking: 7:30am
Main dish due: 10:00am
Dessert due: 10:30am
Bread due: 11:00am
