Volunteer Positions

Alumni Board Member
Attend and participate in both board and committee meetings—regular meetings, special meetings, and planning sessions—to monitor and guide the alumni association's strategic direction. Act as a link between the community and UVU, not only representing the community to UVU, but also to represent UVU to the community, acting as an ambassador for UVU.
Committee Member
Serve on one of the following: Marketing, UVU Magazine, Events, Legislative Affairs, or Scholarship and Awards Committees and offer experiential advice and guidance to the Alumni Association in those areas. Attend periodic meetings (monthly to bi-yearly) and offer input and carry out assignments.
Chapter Leadership
Work with specific UVU schools and colleges to establish or maintain alumni chapters in their field of study. Hold reunions or other activities, with the help of the chapter and the Alumni Association, to keep in touch with alumni and keep them involved with UVU.

Alumni Ambassador
